Dear Parents and Guardians,


 


The Huntington School District welcomes new students. To streamline the enrollment process, the district uses FinalForms, an online data management service that allows parents and guardians to easily and securely complete all necessary registration forms.


 




Why FinalForms?


    

  • Convenience: Forms can be completed from anywhere, at any time, using a computer or mobile device.

  • Security: Student information is secure and managed efficiently.

  • Efficiency: Paperwork is reduced and all necessary information is collected for a smooth enrollment process

How to Register:


    

  1. Create an Account: Visit the FinalForms registration page at: https://huntington-ny.finalforms.com
    2. 

  2. Follow the Prompts: Follow the instructions for creating an account and adding student(s).
    3. 

  3. Complete Forms: Fill out all required enrollment forms and sign them electronically.
    4. 

  4. 
New to District: If the student is new to the school district (transfers), be sure to click the "New to District" checkbox when registering the student. 

    5. 



Important Notes:


    

  • Data can be reviewed and updated at any time.
    • 

  • Registration for each season opens 30 days prior to tryouts (New York State Standards) - YOU MUST register within the 30-day window to choose a sport for your student and fill out the necessary paperwork for the current season.
    • 

  • Forms must be signed each season your student participates in sports and after any updates.
    • 

  • All new students must register through FinalForms to complete the enrollment process.
    •
